Summary:
As a Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing security systems which involves providing pre- and post-sales support to Sales and Technical Staff for the companies fast growing systems integration business. Support will include generating quotations; system designs, descriptions, documentation and testing; product applications, specification reviews; and site surveys.
PRIMARY DUTIES &
Responsibilities:
Develop, write and review technical specifications and designs for systems/ products and integration of products.
Ensure complex system designs meet customer and engineering specifications by performing system design, fabrication, documentation and testing.
Serve as a consultant to customers sales staff in educating them on the latest technologies and ultimately solving their problems.
Perform as the technical lead in the implementation phase of projects to ensure customer needs are met. Provide technical presentations and demonstrations to customers during pre-sales activities.
Serve as a Project Manager, when needed, by working with the deployment team.

Hence we need someone who has several of the following technical skills: Networking, Wireless, Server Spec/Design (virtual/physical environments), Database Administration for the purpose of designing and building Security systems. We design, build and maintain security systems for municipalities and large infrastructures like campuses and housing projects.
