We are seeking a highly motivated and detailed- oriented candidate to join our team.
As a Leasing Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the leasing process and ensuring the satisfaction of our residents.
We will train our candidate to handle all required tasks.
An eagerness to learn and a drive to apply themselves will get our future leasing manager very far within our company as there are lots of opportunity for growth.
This is a key role within our organization, and we are looking for someone who is customer-focused, and has excellent communication skills.
Duties:
- Manage all aspects of the leasing process, from initial contact with prospective tenants to lease signing and move-in.
- Conduct property tours and showcase available units to potential residents.
- Respond to inquiries from prospective tenants and provide detailed information about the property, amenities, and leasing terms.
- Screen applicants by reviewing rental applications, conducting background checks, and verifying income and employment information.
- Negotiate lease terms and conditions with prospective tenants.
- Prepare lease agreements and ensure all necessary documents are completed accurately.
- Coordinate move-in and move-out processes, including conducting unit inspections and handling security deposit refunds.
- Address resident concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records of leasing activities using property management software - Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure that units are ready for move-in and address any necessary repairs or maintenance requests.
Requirements:
-MUST BE FLUENT IN SPANISH AND ENGLISH -Must be able to use a computer and input data into our software.
- Strong administrative skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Professional phone etiquette.
