You are responsible for answering, responding to, and meeting the needs of all incoming customer service calls.
You play a critical role in the Service Center's performance and ability to schedule and communicate with Service managers and our customers.
Job Description:
Place parts orders Work with Service Managers to generate and process daily invoices, purchase orders and other data entries.
Prioritizes work to ensure that the manager is provided all relevant information with accuracy and timelines to be able to positively impact the business.
Process accounts payable invoices and ensure accuracy.
Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
Prepare and create reports and spreadsheets via Excel.
Job Requirements:
Previous experience in an industrial environment is a plus.
Must be computer proficient and have the focus needed to correctly enter data.
Ensure timely completion of job duties.
Ability to work on several tasks at the same time such as (typing, answering telephone, greeting visitors, and directing to appropriate individuals or departments) Effectively uses the following equipment:
Laptops, desktops, or other computer equipment Printer, copier, fax, scanner, etc.
Effectively uses the Internet as appropriate for work.
Effectively uses email.
Place parts orders.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
