Preparing and packaging product for shipment per company standards Receiving all materials and products from vendors Upon receiving freight- match BOL to PO, notate date, stock number, and log location in warehouse Enter receiving information in the computer and place in warehouse or deliver to proper personnel Complete shipping documentation and print required attachments for company product Aid in identifying possible order entry errors Prepare documents necessary for shipping orders through specified carriers and shipment method (standard freight or expedited freight) Contact freight carriers and coordinate shipping rates and schedules Maintain warehouse inventory accuracy by following established procedures Pull material from inventory Enter returned material into inventory and log new warehouse location Work in professional manner with all customers and fellow employees both internal and external Maintain a clean and safe work area End of month inventory- OT may be required Other duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS High School diploma or equivalent preferred Previous packing and shipping experience Experience in material handling equipment essential, forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.
and safe operations Ability to read packing list and work instructions Ability to communicate effectively with Production Manager and CSR Clear handwriting skills for completion of documentation Experience in shipping documentation and coordinating freight carriers Experience with UPS/Worldship/Trifecta/Global/Messenger preferred Basic computer skills required Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to lift 50lbs or more Benefit Conditions:
