00 per hourYou will perform clerical and administrative functions and provide support in various roles, including but not limited to:

Responsibilities:
Work closely with various departments to ensure tasks are completed timelyAnswer inbound calls and inquiries from customers, clients, and guestsGreet and assist onsite personnelDraft correspondences and other formal documentsUtilize computer software such as Microsoft Office (Excel) to input and share dataPlan and schedule appointments and eventsAssist with basic office duties such as faxing, filing, copying, etc.
Perform all other office tasks as needed
Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service, office administration, or other related fieldsAbility to prioritize and multitaskExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong attention to detailStrong organizational skillsComputer and typing skillsMUST be dependable and have excellent attendance!
