Responsibilities:
- Trim cannabis plants according to established standards and guidelines - Monitor and maintain quality control - Use hand tools such as shears, scissors, and trimmers to carefully remove unwanted leaves, branches, and buds - Collaborate with the cultivation team to ensure plants are properly cared for throughout the growth cycle - Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area -Accurately weigh and record trimmed cannabis Skills:
- Previous experience as a bud/weed trimmer is preferred but not required.
Previous experience in the marijuana/cannabis industry is preferred but not required.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting as required - Familiarity with hand tools used for trimming - Proficiency in basic math - Experience working in the cannabis industry is preferred but not required - Strong attention to detail and ability to collect accurate data Note:
