We are seeking a results-oriented lab technician in a full-service chemical laboratory.
Position is based in Chicago Heights, Illinois.
Primary Responsibilities Experience in lab bench process and QC applications.
Test in-process and field products analytically and by wet chemistry methods and maintain accuracy of product performance.
Analytical experience background helpful.
Knowledge of manufacturing and processing techniques.
Exhibit decision making, problem resolution and creative thinking skills.
General written and verbal technical communication and support to sales, customers, suppliers and internally.
Maintain accurate daily information, correspondence, and interactions.
ISO 9001:
2015, SDS, and EHS experience, participation, and documentation.
Provide regular status reports to management on overall activities and improvements.
In addition, individual may perform other duties as assigned and/or required to fulfill this position.
Qualifications High School Diploma and 5
years of related experience.
Highly motivated team player, self-starter with excellent time management skills.
Manage multiple activities and tasks with shifting and competing deadlines.
Detail oriented, strong work ethic, ability, integrity, and excellent attendance expected.
Proficient computer, communication, documentation, execution, and presentation skills.
Experience in Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook, etc.
eChempax software knowledge a plus.
Exhibit confidentiality, integrity, excellent work ethic, and motivation.
Must comply with company's policies and procedures and guidelines.
Must pass pre-employment drug test and physical prior to being considered for employment.
Individuals with current confidentiality / non-disclosure agreements in like industry will not qualify for employment.

(30 minute lunch) 37 hour work week.
Position Location:
Chicago Heights, Illinois, a suburb 30 miles directly south of downtown Chicago.
Probation Period:
120 days.
